Raleigh, North Carolina Phase one was built by Don Becker, Vineyard Square Building Company Phase two was built by Nathan Dean The entire first floor of this suburban house in North Raleigh was renovated in two phases. The first phase included the existing kitchen, family room, sunroom and family entrance. The second phase included the living room, dining room, foyer and master suite.
